Mediation appointments
For non-urgent matters, the current wait for a mediation date is approximately 6 to 7 weeks. Higher-priority matters may be scheduled sooner.
Records of Settlement
The current wait to contact you about your Record of Settlement is 6 to 12 working days.
Please check your Record of Settlement:
- Are the correct legal names used? Use the names shown on the Companies Register, Charities Register, trust documents or birth certificates — not trading names or nicknames.
- Has everyone signed the document?
- Are all phone numbers correct and current for the signatories? We will use these numbers to talk to them.
Missing or incorrect information delays certification.
What you will need to submit online:
For a Mediation Request:
- a working email address
- a RealMe® Login
- contact information for both parties
For a Record of Settlement:
- a working email address
- a saved scanned copy of your Record of Settlement, signed by both parties or authorised representatives
- a RealMe® Login
- contact information for both parties for the signatories to the Record of Settlement if signed by an authorised representative, a copy of authorisation is required
