What you will need to submit online:


For a Mediation Request:

  • a working email address
  • a RealMe® Login
  • contact information for both parties

For a Record of Settlement:

  • a working email address
  • a saved scanned copy of your Record of Settlement, signed by both parties or authorised representatives
  • a RealMe® Login
  • contact information for both parties for the signatories to the Record of Settlement if signed by an authorised representative, a copy of authorisation is required
